What a great way to end a friday. I know my soon to be boss would pull some bullshit when it comes to our training on the very last
day so that he could weasel his way out of working. The guy who has been training us for the week had some type of certification that he had
to go today so he wasn't there, so my new "boss" decides he will take control and lead the team.
He called it delegating work like he is suppose to, yet he doesn't even know how to do the work. Keep in mind out of the ENTIRE training class he scored the lowest score on the test that we all had to take to showcase how we used our tools. This asshole did SHIT the entire day and then tried to come over and give me SHIT for not doing some dumb shit that he requires from all of his team. What he asked me to do, he didn't even do!
